We use iClarify reports to improve our customer experience by allowing us to validate and pre-fill our quoting forms, as well as to get an accurate replacement value calculation for every property we insure. Every little detail counts for an insurance rating calculation and accuracy is paramount. We rely on iClarify to deliver accurate results for both our partners and customers.

CSIO is Canada’s industry association of property and casualty insurers, brokers and software providers. They are committed to improving the efficiency of the P&C brokerage channel by overseeing the development, implementation and maintenance of technology standards and solutions such as eDocs, eSignatures and My Proof of Insurance eDelivery. In addition, CSIO continues to maintain and operate the industry-owned XML and EDI mail network service, CSIOnet.

We leverage these services in order to effectively connect with our insurance partners to bind policies digitally, to enable electronic pink slips for our customers and to allow for the finalizing of policies online via eSignatures. Access to CSIO technology is necessary for any digital brokerage in Canada.

We specifically partner with CGI to gain access to their vast collection of auto & home insurance user data. They curate and provide access to important insurance and driver history data via their auto & property risk reports. They allow us to verify the previous insurance history, property, and/or driving history of a perspective customer during the binding of a policy. Insurance companies mandate that we pull these reports to verify the customers details before we can officially complete a policy.
