They allow us to verify the previous insurance history, property, and/or driving history of a perspective customer during the binding of a policy. Insurance companies mandate that we pull these reports to verify the customers details before we can officially complete a policy.

We use iClarify reports to improve our customer experience by allowing us to validate and pre-fill our quoting forms, as well as to get an accurate replacement value calculation for every property we insure. Every little detail counts for an insurance rating calculation and accuracy is paramount. We rely on iClarify to deliver accurate results for both our partners and customers.

Quandri is a recent piece of technology that we have added to our experience. This allows us to automate the renewals outreach process for our customers. We can now more efficiently review the market for our customers to help ensure they continue to get the best policy and coverage for their specific needs.

We use RingCentral as our primary tele-communication platform. It allows us to effectively and efficiently connect with our customers in an environment we know is safe and secure. The insurance industry demands that all of our customer communication be recorded for legal purposes and this system allows us to confidently store all sensitive conversations without threat of leak or exposure.
